Ingredients
- Crostini:
- 1 baguette, sliced
- ½ cup Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
- Salad:
- 1 large burrata
- 2 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 3 peaches, quartered
- ½ cup of basil or Thai basil leaves
- Dressing:
- ⅓ cup Trident EXTRA Hot Sriracha Hot Sauce
- ¼ cup of honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
Step 1 - Preheat oven to 180c. Coat sliced baguette in Trident Sweet Chilli Sauce and sesame seeds, bake for 15 mins until golden.
Step 2 - Arrange salad ingredients on plate, top with basil.
Step 3 - Combine dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad, serve with crostini on the side.
